NAM HEARING OFFICER ALAN FRIDKIN TO ATTEND TWO NATIONAL LITIGATION CONFERENCES

NAM's Life, Health, Disability, and ERISA Specialist, Alan Fridkin, Esq. will be participating in two significant litigation conferences over the course of the next few months.

Mr. Fridkin, Esq. is one of the nations leading experts in the field. As a seasoned veteran and highly respected industry expert, participation in these high-level events allows Mr. Fridkin, to discuss relevant developments and trends with his counterparts in this extremely important area of the law.

The first will take place in Chicago, with DRI - the Defense Research Institute for their Annual three-day seminar from April 28th to the 30th. This conference will address Life, Health, Disability and ERISA Claims and offer attendees practical guidance and updates on the latest legal decisions. This 2010 seminar is reportedly offering more continuing legal education than ever before. It will have presentations by distinguished inside and outside counsel, as well as members of the judiciary and medical experts.

The second is in Boston from June 24th to the 25th with the American Conference Institute, for its Thirteenth Annual National Advanced Forum on Litigating Disability Insurance Claims. This is the only disability event where defense lawyers, in-house counsel and plaintiff lawyers meet and learn practical insights from both sides of the aisle.

Mr. Fridkin has deep experience overseeing highly complex cases involving exposure well into the six and seven figure+ range. As a mediator and arbitrator Mr. Fridkin has quickly gained the respect and confidence of both the plaintiff and defense bars. For the past sixteen (16) years, he settled approximately 90% of his 300+ mediations, bringing these disputes to a mutually satisfactory and private conclusion.
