UPCOMING NYSTLA CLE COURSE FEATURING NAM HEARING OFFICER SHELLEY ROSSOFF OLSEN, ESQ.

NAM Hearing Officer, Shelley Rossoff Olsen, Esq. will serve on a
distinguished panel presenting a three-hour CLE Seminar on "Mediation and
Arbitration - How to increase your clients' settlements by successful
Mediation and Arbitration techniques." The course is being sponsored by the
New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) and will be held at their
headquarters: 132 Nassau Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY.
Other panel members include Robert L. Conason, Esq. Senior Partner of Gair,
Gair, Conason, Steigman, Mackauf, Bloom & Rubinowitz; Hon. Betty Weinberg
Ellerin, former Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of
the State of New York (First Department); Hon. Douglas E. McKeon, presiding
Justice of the Appellate Term, First Department; and Bernard Londin, Esq.,
Senior Court Representative at the Office of the New York City Comptroller.
Ms. Olsen is a full-time Mediator and Arbitrator with NAM and mediates and
arbitrates cases throughout the NY Metro Region. In addition to the ADR
services that she provides, she often is asked to participate in various
speaking engagements and CLE seminars. Her expertise covers a wide-range of
legal issues including, but not limited to, personal injury, labor law,
medical malpractice, employment, construction, and complex commercial cases.
