NEW YORK LAW JOURNAL SURVEY RATES NAM MEDIATORS AMONG BEST IN THE STATE. IN "BEST MEDIATOR" CATEGORY, NAM MEDIATORS TAKE 5 OF THE TOP 10 SLOTS.


New York (September 15, 2010) - In the prestigious 2010 New York Law Journal rankings released Monday, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) proved noteworthy in the "BEST MEDIATOR CATEGORY," where NAM Mediators captured 5 of the top 10 coveted slots, including the premier #1 position.

Among the NAM Mediators in the New York Law Journal's top ten are:

Hon. John P. DiBlasi (Former Justice of the Supreme Court, Westchester), who finished #1 at the top of the ballots for "Best Mediator." Asked about his ranking, John immediately acknowledged his fellow mediators by stating, "Given the caliber of the competition, I feel both honored and privileged with the results. Moreover I consider myself extremely fortunate to work in a career which I find so personally gratifying while also allowing me to positively impact people's lives."

Other top-ten rated NAM Mediators are Kenneth Grundstein, Esq. (Former NYC Chief Settlement Negotiator); Hon. Elizabeth Bonina (Former Justice of the Supreme Court, Kings); Hon. William C. Thompson (Former Assoc. Justice Appellate Div., 2nd Dept., Kings).
