NAM OPENS BUFFALO OFFICE
NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) has opened the doors to its newest location, a state-of-the-art facility in Buffalo, New York. This new office is located at 69 Delaware Ave, Suite 1103, Buffalo, NY, 14202. The space has multiple large conference rooms, each with dramatic views.
NAM's new office is in the center of Buffalo's legal community. The main courthouses, including the County Court, Supreme Court and the brand new Federal Court building, are directly across the street. It is located in the heart of the downtown area: only 15 minutes from the airport and 1 mile from Lake Erie.
The building itself was designed by renowned architect E.B. Green in 1923. Originally an athletic club, the building was bought and transformed into office space in 1973. This impressive 12-story structure, with 135,000 square feet of space, provides a turn-of-the-century feel with a view of the majestic spray from Niagara Falls.
The new space is a much needed addition for the company as demand for NAM's New York dispute resolution services are growing at a record pace, both sequentially as well as year over year.
NAM has already established itself as the market leader for ADR services in New York State, having worked with thousands of New York law firms, attorneys, insurance companies, corporations, and municipalities. With the addition of this new office, NAM will now be able to better service its clients in the Buffalo and Rochester markets.
NAM continues to expand its presence in the New York market. The new Buffalo office is the company's fifth New York location. Other NAM offices in New York State are in Manhattan, Long Island, Brooklyn and Westchester.
Headquartered in Garden City, New York, National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM) is one of the nation's leading dispute resolution institutions, offering cost-effective alternatives to expensive and often time-consuming litigation. Founded in 1992, NAM has a nationwide panel of nearly 2,500 top-tier former judges and practicing specialists uniquely qualified to resolve legal matters in a private forum.
