ERICA B. GARAY, ESQ. TO PARTICIPATE IN A NYSBA CLE PANEL DISCUSSION ON COMMERCIAL AND REAL ESTATE ADR
Erica B. Garay, Esq., a member of NAM’s NY Metro panel of neutrals, has been invited by the New York State Bar Association to participate on a CLE panel seminar entitled “Making the Most of Commercial and Real Estate ADR: Representing Your Clients in Arbitration and Mediation”. The CLE will focus on the significant characteristics, differences and opportunities for practitioners when using alternative dispute resolution in commercial and real estate matters. The program will offer practical tips to all attorneys whether newly admitted to the bar or those practicing for decades.
Ms. Garay is an experienced commercial litigator who has mediated and arbitrated a wide variety of commercial cases including business valuations, corporate and partnership dissolutions, derivative suits, employment, insurance coverage, shareholder disputes, real estate, trade secrets and restrictive covenants. She has lectured on ADR, authored articles on many of these same topics, and regularly advises businesses on corporate and commercial matters.
