NAM is pleased to announce the addition of Hon. Bernard J. Malone, Jr. to its New York Panel of Neutrals.

Judge Malone spent 7 years on the Appellate Division, serving in both the 1st and 3rd Departments, where he determined appeals of all case types. Prior to that, he spent 7 years as a trial justice at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Albany County, where he settled hundreds of trial ready cases including tort claims, business disputes and matrimonial matters. Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM, stated: “Judge Malone is a great addition to NAM’s panel. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the perfect demeanor for the transition from the bench to private arbitration and mediation. The addition of Judge Malone to NAM’s panel provides yet another great option for NAM’s clients looking for a neutral that has judicial and practical experience in both commercial and tort matters.
