KENNETH GRUNDSTEIN, ESQ. AND JACQUELINE SILVEY, ESQ., NAM’S GENERAL COUNSEL, TO PRESENT AT CLE PROGRAM HOSTED BY THE NASSAU LAWYERS ASSOCIATION
NAM panel member, Kenneth Grundstein, Esq., former Chief Settlement Negotiator for the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation, and Jacqueline Silvey, Esq, NAM’s General Counsel, have been invited to present at a CLE program offered by the Nassau Lawyers Association on November 28, 2012 at 6:30 pm, at Carltun on the Park, Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, NY. Mr. Grundstein will be speaking about Mediation and Arbitration from the Neutral's perspective, and Ms. Silvey will be speaking about the administrative process. Topics will include the basics of ADR, guidelines and practical tips for practicing attorneys and negotiating strategies.
