LUKE M. PITTONI, ESQ. JOINS NAM’S PANEL OF DISTINGUISHED HEARING OFFICERS

Luke Pittoni, Esq. NAM is pleased to announce that Luke M. Pittoni, Esq. has joined its esteemed panel of neutrals and will be available to arbitrate and mediate cases in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the United States starting in January, 2016.

Mr. Pittoni has dedicated the majority of his career to the practice of complex, high exposure medical malpractice and medical products liability matters. He has regularly appeared in courts throughout all five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland and Dutchess counties, the Eastern and Southern District of Federal Court and the State Court in Connecticut.

Mr. Pittoni is well known and highly respected throughout the legal community by both plaintiff and defense attorneys alike, and has developed a positive working relationship with both sides of the bar, members of the medical profession and insurance carriers. His expert understanding of the practice of medicine makes him well-qualified to fairly evaluate claims and settle the most complex cases. Mr. Pittoni has authored numerous articles about medical malpractice litigation and the use of technology in the courtroom. He was also voted as one of the top 20 Medical Malpractice Defense Lawyers in America in a poll of plaintiff and defense lawyers by Medical Economics.
