Your firm has been invited to participate in one of this
year's major settlement initiatives. On Friday, Oct.
22nd, 2010 at Hofstra University, multiple carriers
will be on hand with sufficient staff to negotiate a
significant number of outstanding files. NAM, New
York State's premier ADR Administrator, will be coordinating
the event and providing its services in an
effort to facilitate a high number of case closings.
NAM will be offering administrative, scheduling,
case management and premium mediation services
to assist those in attendance. As New York's primary
ADR Administrator since 1992, please note
that NAM has committed the necessary resources
to ensure this day's success. Additionally, senior
NAM staff and many of New York State's most effective
Mediators will be on hand to further support
the efforts put forth by participating parties.
Thus far, the following Carriers will be participating
in the Settlement Initiative:
Travelers, York and Zurich
Additional carriers may still elect to join
in this event.
If you have cases that you would like to negotiate
for possible settlement that are "ready for mediation/negotiation"

have been sent), please contact your NAM
Account Executive.
You can call, email, or fax in your case submissions.
