For the second year in a row, NAM is proud to announce that it is a co-sponsor of the New York State Bar Association's Commercial and Federal Litigation Section CLE entitled "An Evening with the Commercial Division Judges of the Tenth Judicial District". The two-hour program will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rubie Corporate Plaza, 400 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747.

The event will include a "Meet and Greet" with the Commercial Division Judges from Nassau and Suffolk counties. Hon. A. Gail Prudenti, Former Chief Administrative Judge of the Courts of New York State and now Interim Dean of Hofstra Law School, will present welcoming remarks followed by a panel discussion about Changes and Trends in Commercial Division Litigation. Special Guest, Hon. Leonard B. Austin, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, Hon. Stephen A. Bucaria, Hon. Elizabeth Hazlitt Emerson, Hon. Jerry Garguilo and Hon. James C. Hudson will comprise the panel.

The program will be moderated by Harvey Besunder, co-chair of the Commercial Division Committee of the Suffolk Bar Association and Kevin Schlosser, Member and former chair of the Nassau County Commercial Litigation Committee.
