NAM EXPRESS DISCOUNT PROGRAM REVISED – COSTS LOWERED AND MORE CASES ELIGIBLE
NAM has revamped its NAM Express Program for arbitrations to make it even more attractive to our clients. The program has now been expanded to include High-Low arbitrations that have a maximum parameter of up to $50,000 (previously, the limit had been $25,000). Also, for any cases submitted for this program after July 1, 2015, and until further notice, the Administrative Fee (inclusive of the first hour of hearing time) has been discounted 33% to $350 per party. Furthermore, the fee for additional time (if any) has been lowered to $250 per party per hour, representing a 19% discount off NAM’s standard rates. The program is only available for 2 and 3 party cases. All other standard NAM rates and conditions apply.
“By expanding the scope of the program, while, at the same time, more heavily discounting its costs, we are certain that more clients will find this program to be effective and cost efficient,” Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM stated. “Our clients will experience even greater cost savings while still benefitting from NAM’s exceptional panel, superior customer service and choice of our convenient conference centers.”
Not all NAM panel members will be available for the NAM Express program, so be sure to ask your Account Executive for the NAM Express panel or click on the link to view it.
