NAM INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN A MAJOR MEDIATION INITIATIVE IN NEW BRUNSWICK

In what will likely be 2010's largest volume, single-day settlement initiative, NAM will be making available many of New Jersey's top-rated Mediators
to facilitate the resolution of a significant number of claims. NAM expects more than 30 plaintiff firms and multiple carriers to be on hand
in an effort to close out files by yearend. This is a great opportunity to settle cases with several carriers/firms in one day and at one location.
NAM, New Jersey's premier ADR Administrator, will be coordinating the event and providing its services in an effort to facilitate a high number of case settlements.
Mediators: Hon. Jerome Becker, Ken Pentony, Esq., Charles Lynch, Esq., and David LaPorta, Esq. Additional mediators will likely be named.
The following Carriers will be participating in the Mediation Day:
Zurich, Farmers/21st Century, Progressive ...and additional carriers will likely join in this event.
