NAM launches new discounted program for arbitrations with a maximum high parameter of $25,000 or less.

NAM's newest program, NAM Express, is offered solely for High-Low arbitrations that have a maximum high parameter of $25,000. For any cases submitted for this program after July 25, 2012, and until further notice, the Administrative Fee (inclusive of the first hour of hearing time) will be discounted to $350. This represents an Administrative Fee discount of $155 per case. This program is only available for 2 and 3 party cases. All other standard NAM rates and conditions still apply.

We are certain that those clients that take advantage of the new NAM Express program will experience even greater cost savings while still benefiting from NAM's exceptional panel, customer service and choice of convenient conference centers.

Not all NAM panel members will be available for the NAM Express program, so be sure to ask your Account Executive for the NAM Express panel or click on the link to view it.
