NAM INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN A MAJOR PERSONAL INJURY MEDIATION INITIATIVE

In what will likely be 2010's largest volume, single-day settlement initiative, NAM will be making available many of New York State's highest-rated Mediators to facilitate the resolution of a significant number of claims. NAM expects more than 50 plaintiff firms and almost a dozen major carriers to be on hand in an effort to close out files by year-end. This is a great opportunity to settle cases with multiple carriers/firms in one day and at one location.

NAM, New York State's premier ADR Administrator, will be coordinating the event and providing its services in an effort to facilitate a high number of case settlements.

Mediators: Hon. Elizabeth Bonina, Hon. John P. DiBlasi and Kenneth Grundstein, Esq. Additional mediators will likely be named.

The following Carriers will be participating in the Mediation Day:
Farmers/21st Century, GAB Robbins, Gallagher Bassett, Lancer, Liberty, Zurich, Seneca, ELCO, Specialty Claims, Utica First & York Claims... and additional carriers may likely join in this event.

If you have cases that you would like to negotiate for possible settlement that are "ready for mediation" (all medicals/reports/authorizations have been sent), please contact your NAM Account Executive.

Plaintiff firms will receive a 10% discount off their NAM mediation administrative fee for each case scheduled.
