Susan Hernandez, Esq. NAM is proud to announce that an article written by Susan Hernandez, Esq. entitled “Travel the Road to a Successful Mediation” was published on March 28, 2016 by The New York Law Journal as part of its Alternative Dispute Resolution Special Report. In the article, Ms. Hernandez addresses the efficiency of mediation as a preferable “smoother, paved, cooperative road” that parties can choose to take versus the “adversarial and costly” litigious path of going to trial. The article provides an experienced mediator’s perspective about the fundamental factors of cooperation, preparation and communication as a means to successfully resolve disputes through the mediation process.

Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM stated: “I have a great sense of pride when it comes to the achievements of NAM’s neutrals. Susan Hernandez is indeed an accomplished mediator and I am not at all surprised that a prestigious publication such as The New York Law Journal chose to publish her article as part of its Special Report.”

Susan Hernandez was voted one of the Top Ten Mediators by the 2015 New York Law Journal Annual Reader Rankings Survey and was named a 2016 Alternative Dispute Resolution Champion by The National Law Journal, of which only 48 ADR Champions were selected from a nationwide search.
