NAM exclusive Hearing Officer, Mike Daumen, Esq., and NAM staff counsel, Jaqueline Silvey, Esq., have been invited by the Syracuse Claims Association to speak at its May 4, 2011 meeting.

The topic for discussion that evening will be "Resolving Claims Through Mediation & Arbitration".

This is an excellent opportunity to meet one of NAM's key panel members in Western, New York. Claims personnel can learn firsthand about the benefits of arbitration and mediation as a way to resolve claims and close cases, as well as the benefits in selecting NAM as the administrator of arbitration/mediation programs.
