HONORABLE ELIZABETH BONINA AND HONORABLE IRA B. HARKAVY TO PRESENT AT CLE PROGRAM HOSTED BY THE BROOKLYN BAR ASSOCIATION ON JUNE 2, 2011

NAM panel members, Honorable Elizabeth Bonina and Ira B. Harkavy, former Justices of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings Co., have been invited to present at a CLE program offered by the Brooklyn Bar Association, entitled "Alternative Dispute Resolution in Personal Injury Cases". The program will be presented on June 2, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 pm, at the Brooklyn Bar Association, located at 123 Remsen Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Attorneys attending the CLE program will be provided with an introduction to using Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") in personal injury cases, as ADR is a way to quickly and efficiently resolve cases while saving the time, cost and uncertainty of litigation. Judges Bonina and Harkavy will be providing their perspective on when to use ADR; preparing for mediation or arbitration; and strategies for resolving a personal injury case utilizing ADR.
