NAM INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR YEAR-END MEDIATION DAY

NAM invites all plaintiff firms to participate in what will likely be its largest volume, single-day settlement initiative in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Many of NAM's top-rated Mediators will be available to facilitate the resolution of a significant number of claims. NAM expects more than 40 plaintiff firms and multiple carriers to participate in an effort to close out files by year-end. This is an excellent opportunity for program participants to settle cases with several carriers and multiple firms in one day and at one location.
NAM's last single-day settlement initiative, in early 2011, resulted in the settlement of 80% of the cases mediated and millions of dollars in claims resolved.
Thus far, participating carriers will be: Zurich, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, GMAC, Lancer, Utica First and York Claims. Additional carriers may be added.
Mediators that are scheduled for this day are: Robert Adams, Esq., Joseph L. Ehrlich, Esq., Hon. Ira Gammerman, Hon. Bertram R. Gelfand, Hon. Patrick A. Sweeney and Hon. William C. Thompson. Additional mediators will likely be added.
