Has experience in Commercial, Construction, Real Estate and Finance. As past Chairman of the Board of several State authorities, each of which consisted of different board members, it was necessary for Judge Becker to be aware of D&O liability as well as governance. Most important, he was Chairman of HFA’s Audit Committee where potential liability was large making knowledge of D&O coverage absolutely necessary. He is also familiar with D&O as the Independent Director of the Stratasphere Hotel in Las Vegas and was the Independent Director of a company in which the majority share holder was Iris Cantor of Cantor Fitzgerald. |
