New York, NY (March 4, 2019) – NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation), one of the nation’s leading providers of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, is pleased  to announce that Michael R. Rossi, Esq. has been invited to present a 60-minute CLE seminar entitled, Alternative Dispute Resolution: Best Practices and Tips, to the Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn.  The presentation will be held at the Marco Polo Restaurant, 345 Court Street, Brooklyn, New York on Tuesday, March 5th at 8:00 p.m.

Topics will include:

  • When to use ADR
  • Types of cases that benefit from ADR
  • Mediation vs. Arbitration
  • Why mediation and proper procedure
  • Factors that can impede mediation
  • Why arbitration and proper procedure
