The New Jersey Law Journal survey also ranked the top mediators and arbitrators in the state, with Susan Hernandez, Esq. placing first in the Individual Mediator/Arbitrator category.

The annual survey was conducted to subscribers via email, digital advertising and social media posts and measures loyalty, satisfaction and support for companies and firms that have faithfully served the Austin, Texas legal community, one of the state's most dynamic legal markets.

Through a combination of award-winning mediators and arbitrators, exceptional case management and industry leadership, NAM has proudly served as the ADR administrator of choice for the legal community for almost 30 years.

The survey measures loyalty, satisfaction and support for companies and firms that have faithfully served the New England region with high-caliber legal services and expertise and showcases those businesses that stand out among their competitors in providing essentials that are required to compete in today’s legal market.

High honors also went to two of NAM’s well-regarded neutrals: Richard P. Byrne, Esq. earned the distinction of being a Top 3 Mediator in the country for the sixth year in a row, and Hon. John P. DiBlasi was also recognized as a Top 3 Mediator in the nation for the seventh straight year (ranked #1, 4 years in a row).
