Spodek (Ret.) brings over two decades of judicial experience to her mediation and arbitration practice, offering a distinguished track record of resolving disputes across a wide range of civil matters. Throughout her career on the bench, Justice Spodek conducted daily settlement conferences for nearly 20 years, uniquely positioning her to guide parties toward effective and efficient resolutions.

The Honorable Judith N. McMahon (Ret.), former Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, served the county of Richmond in various capacities for more than 30 years. Prior to her retirement, Judge McMahon presided over the Differential Case Management Part for both Richmond and New York Counties, overseeing a caseload comprised primarily of medical malpractice cases.

Susan Hernandez, Esq. has served as a Hearing Officer with NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) for more than a decade and is a strong advocate for the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The Honorable Paul J. Baisley, Jr. (Ret.) has had a long and distinguished legal career that includes substantial experience as both a judge and a litigator. As a Justice of the New York Supreme Court, Suffolk County for 25 years, Justice Baisley presided over and settled more than a thousand cases, giving him a broad range of experience and knowledge across numerous case types.

The Honorable Elizabeth Bonina has been consistently voted a Top Mediator and Arbitrator since the inception of the New York Law Journal "Best Of" survey. In 2024, she was voted the #1 Mediator and #1 Arbitrator in the state and has been voted the #1 Arbitrator in New York State eight times in the last 12 years, including 2025.

Richard P. Byrne, Esq. became a Mediator in the formative days of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He honed and broadened his mediation skills over the years through experience and practice.
