Meet NAM's Presenter

Mitchell R. Kahn, Esq. has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is a seasoned litigator dedicating his practice to representing clients in personal injury cases. Having regularly appeared in the courtrooms of all five boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Rockland counties, Mr. Kahn applies his extensive experience when hearing mediations to aid in the fair and expedient resolution of cases. Mr. Kahn has handled all aspects of Labor Law 240 and 241 cases and has successfully mediated numerous multi-million-dollar catastrophic personal injury matters. Mr. Kahn is available to mediate cases throughout New York State.
