E-discovery is critically important in today's landscape given the amount of information created and stored electronically. Naturally, disputes arise when the exchange of information is required in the context of a litigation. Program participants will have the benefit of learning about new developments and legal consequences in e-discovery, along with suggested methods on how to resolve disputes that may arise.”
