On December 31, 2009 Justice George Salerno retired as Justice of the New York Supreme Court, Bronx County where he has sat for more than seven years. With the intent to work as a mediator and arbitrator upon his retirement, Judge Salerno announced today that he has joined National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM) exclusively as a full-time Hearing Officer.

NAM announced today that New York City Chief Settlement Negotiator, Kenneth Grundstein, Esq., has joined National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM) exclusively as a full-time Hearing Officer.
