NAM and Tapestry ADR are delighted to take part in the State Bar of Georgia's "Conflict Resolution Day" 2023.

Join us at WIPL for a roundtable discussion of strategies to help corporate counsel navigate disputes with confidence and minimize the potential impact of personal liability.

The program will will address how to prevent litigation, based upon a challenge to the arbitration clause, either in court or before the arbitrator or panel of arbitrators.

The WE CARE Fund is part of the Nassau Bar Foundation, Inc, the charitable arm of the Nassau County Bar Association.  WE CARE is supported through donations and fundraising efforts of the legal profession and the community-at-large.

With many of its hearing officers in attendance, this festive and meaningful evening will be held on Thursday, June 8th at 583 Park Avenue in Manhattan and will feature fine wine from premier vineyards and wineries, gourmet food, music, a raffle and a silent and live auction.

The program will address the benefits of mediation in employment matters and provide insights into the process as well as offer best practices to keep the mediation focused and ensure a successful outcome.

James W. Borkowski, Esq. and Larry Schiffer will discuss key issues in dispute resolution, with a focus on the importance of giving a voice to the parties involved in a matter.

Arbitration agreements must conform to the interests and needs of the parties. This program will address the various terms that may be considered in drafting a clause or an independent agreement where there was no arbitration clause in the original contract.

NAM neutral Hon. John P. DiBlasi (Ret.) and Rodolfo Rivera, Esq. will discuss the provisions that should be addressed in the arbitration clause or an agreement to arbitrate.
